Hogger is a lost-pet reporting service developed by Balt Dev EIRL, a software engineering and application development company in Peru.
Designed first for people in Lima, Hogger works through WhatsApp in Spanish. People can describe a lost pet or a sighting using messages, voice notes, photographs, and locations. Hogger helps turn that information into a report and connect relevant sightings.
Where we are today.
Hogger is in development and preparing for a closed beta. It is not yet publicly available. The conversation shown on our homepage is an illustration of the intended experience, not a live support chat.
We have not published a public WhatsApp number or registration link. Contact Balt Dev for questions about the project.
